My vpa is the market leader for German-speaking, high quality Virtual Personal Assistance. For our customers we perform tasks in the areas of back office, office management,marketing, sale and design. We determine our work place and our work hours ourselves. As an Executive VPA, you are part of my-vpa, the largest German-speaking VPA community. Our VPAs are freelancers and located all over the world. We work and communicate with each other and with our customers via the my-vpa platform.
You support our customers' executive staff independently and and in a variety of back-office tasks, for example in the coordination of appointments, e-mail processing and the creation of office documents (Excel, presentations, etc.). You assist managing directors, owners, department heads or team leaders. As an Executive VPA, you have the opportunity to undergo additional training as a Project Assistant (PA) to assist with larger projects.
You work from wherever you want. You work virtually, i.e. all you need is a stable and fast internet connection. You can determine your own working hours - provided that you have at least 20 h/week (Mon-Fri).
You don't have to do any acquisition. We hand over the customers to you, prepare you for working with your customers and are there for you in case of questions and problems. And if there is a situation where you can't work, we'll organize a substitute for you.
Your service title

Knowledge of German at native speaker level. Excellent verbal and written expression skills.
Very good knowledge of the MS Office product family. Further software skills are an advantage.

Minimum 3-5 years of back office and/or assistant work experience
a friendly and poised demeanor in videoconferences.
a structured, reliable, meticulous and independent work style and pleasure in organizing.
Your service title
If you pass the aptitude quiz, we will send you access to the AC. You then have one week to participate in the AC. The AC is a written online test. After the AC, we'll let you know in the short term if you've passed.
If you have passed the AC, you will receive an invitation from our Recruiting Lead Frauke to an interview, which will take place in the form of a video conference. After the interview, we'll let you know within a week whether you've been accepted.
Once you've got the job, onboarding starts for you. Our onboarding lead Franziska will accompany you for the first three months, introduce you to the community and to your work, and help with words and deeds.
