You can delegate tasks around the clock
On my-vpa, you can delegate tasks to your VPA at any time or leave messages via chat, Skype, email or telephone. It doesn’t matter whether you’re using a computer, tablet or smartphone. Your VPA is always quick to respond. Assistants usually respond to enquiries by 2 p.m., or 6 p.m. at the latest. After 2 p.m., you will receive a response by 12 noon the following day at the latest. You will also be updated on your VPA’s work.
You can delegate tasks very efficiently
With my-vpa, you can send tasks with voice messages, text and documents on the web or in our iOS or Android apps. You also specify a time budget and a deadline. Done! The task will now appear in your task list. If you so wish, you can also create projects to which you can assign tasks. You always decide what will be worked on and for how long. If you prefer to hand over the task by email, that’s fine by us.
They can check the status of their tasks at any time
On my-vpa, you can see the status of your task and exactly how much progress has been made. Each task has a log where each block of time that has been worked on the task is recorded. This gives you full transparency and control down to the minute. Of course, you can also contact your VPA at any time to discuss the status of the task and any questions you may have.
You can integrate your work colleagues into your account
With my-vpa, you can invite your colleagues and distribute your hour packages among your them. Your colleagues appear in your team and you can edit or delegate tasks together. As the administrator, you have complete control over the hourly budget and time account. Companies and agencies can easily expand their existing team with VPAs.
