For ongoing tasks that are to be processed on specific days, your VPA completes the task flexibly and once within 24h of the days defined. By booking the add-on “Fixed shifts & periods”, you can specify a certain period of the day or time of day for the processing. To ensure that the VPA is exclusively available for you at the agreed times, the minimum working time for “Fixed shifts & periods” is one working hour per agreed weekday and the cancellation period is 2 weeks.

Example: You would like your VPA to process an e-mail account once a day from Monday to Friday.

Option 1: Your VPA is completely free as to when during the day he processes the e-mails. In this case, the booking of the add-on “Fixed shifts & periods” is not necessary. Billing: The amount of work time that is spent on processing.

Option 2 fixed hour: You would like your VPA to process the emails from Mon-Fri at 10 am. In this case, the booking of the add-on “Fixed shifts & periods” is necessary. Billing: Minimum 1 working hour, maximum the work time beyond that.

Option 3 fixed time period: You would like your VPA to process the e-mails from Mon-Fri during the period from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.. In this case, the booking of the add-on “Fixed shifts & periods” is necessary. Billing: At least 1 working hour, at most the work time beyond that.

Option 4 fixed time frame: You would like your VPA to process your e-mails from Mon-Fri always from 10 am – 1 pm. In this case, the booking of the add-on “Fixed shifts & periods” is necessary. Billing: 3 work hours per day.

Notes: If you would like the processing to take place at the weekend, please observe the billing notes for weekend & public holiday work hours. Furthermore, we recommend a tandem for option 2-4 in order to minimise the default risk. You can also find more information on this once again here. If you post your associated task in the app after registering with us, we ask you to briefly inform us in the task description which of the 4 options you have chosen. We will then assign you a suitable VPA based on your information.
