my-vpa Academy Project Assistance Assessment

Project assistance is a competence, such as proofreading, that you can acquire additionally if you have the relevant experience. With the help of this assessment, we determine whether you have the appropriate competencies that a project assistant requires. The assessment consists of three parts:

1. With the Project Assistance Competency, you get the chance to assist customers at an increased hourly rate. In return, the customers will receive increased benefits. These basic conditions will be presented to you at the beginning of the assessment. If you agree, you can continue with the assessment. Duration: approx. 10 minutes
2. In the second part you will get a short tutorial what project assistance at my-vpa exactly means and what the requirements for this role are. Duration: approx. 20 minutes
3. In the third part you will demonstrate your knowledge of project definition, project planning, project management & controlling and of the role of a project assistant. Duration: approx. 90 minutes

If you pass the assessment, you will be awarded the Project Assistance competency. If you did not pass, we will tell you what the problem was so that you can improve in the relevant areas and try again later.

What’s in it for you?
If you get the Project Assistance competency, you will have the opportunity to work with customers who need a project assistant for larger projects. The increased requirements will be compensated at the hourly rate of 1.5 (factor 1.8 for the customer).
