Will my customer be informed about my activities?

Yes, your customer will be informed about important activities of yours by a system message (notification), which is additionally sent as an e-mail in case the customer does not read the system message. Important activities include, but are not limited to

  • You create a new task for the customer
  • You change something in a task (title, budget, deadline)
  • You have accepted a customer task
  • You have started working on a task
  • You have handed over the result of a task
  • You are assigned to the customer as a new assistant

So you don’t have to inform your customers additionally. This happens automatically. On work days, the customer receives an e-mail at 8 o’clock in the morning with the collected notifications of the previous day that have not yet been read. Only in case of very important notifications, e.g. delivery of a result, the customer receives an email after 30 minutes (if the customer does not read the notification before).
