You can view your fee at any time under My Account/Fee. There you will find the following tabs at a glance: Total, Payment, Release, Hourly Rate, Remaining Budget and Invoice Archive.

In all tabs, the status for each work time is displayed to give you an optimal overview . There are the following statuses:

  • Invoice number:Working time has already been paid out.
  • Released: Working time is ready for payment
  • In review: Working time still has to be released In the my-vpa web application

The individual functions and statuses are explained again in detail in each tab:

Total In this tab you can see the complete working time for the selected month at a glance by using the filter “Work date”. Next to each working time you can also see the current status. With the filter “Release date” you can see which working hours have been released in which month.

Payment In this tab you can see all working times that are currently ready for payment. Here you can also submit your invoices by entering your invoice number. Furthermore, you can see how many invoices you have already submitted in the corresponding month and how many you can still submit.

Release In the tab “Release” all your working hours are displayed, which are not yet released for payment. (After submitting a final result, your customers have 7 days to approve the result. If clients do not report within the 7 day period, the fee will be released automatically or by the Ops team).

Hourly rate In the tab “Hourly Rate” you will find a detailed breakdown of your average hourly rate for the last three months and how the individual values are calculated.

Remaining budget In the tab “Remaining budget” you can see at a glance how much of your budget you currently have left for your active tasks. This overview will help you to predict your future fee. The more remaining budget you have, the better your projections.

Invoice archive In the tab “Invoice archive” you can see the invoices youralready submitted. You can also see in detail which of your working hours and bonuses were paid out with the corresponding invoice and download a copy of the corresponding invoice.

Billing cycle You can submit a maximum of two invoices per month (e.g. at the beginning and in the middle of a month). This will then be paid out within three to four working days. This gives you maximum flexibility in the payment of your fee.
Please note that we can only transfer your fee to a European bank account or pay it via Paypal.
