What response times do I have to meet?

Since our customers have no direct, personal contact with us, it is all the more important to respond quickly. To ensure that the cooperation is successful and that the customer receives a rapid response to his inquiry, we have defined response times.

Respond to all requests that come in from Monday to Friday, except on national holidays, from 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  by 6:00 p.m. at the latest on the same business day, and to requests that arrive from 2:01 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. by 12:00 a.m. on the next business day at the latest.

The response times are maximum values. The faster you respond, the better your cooperation. These response times refer to both the customer and interaction within the community.
