What is the purpose of scheduling?

The schedule is requested once a week (on Mondays). However, update it during the week as well, should your capacities change.

Why is this important?

So that we can togeher meet the workload you are aiming for, it is important that it is reflected in your schedule.

1. How many hours do you want to work the next four weeks?

Only enter the actual amount of work time that you have available for your tasks at my-vpa. You do not need to calculate how many hours you have already allocated to tasks or the like. This will give the management team an idea of how busy you are.

2. Do you want new customers?

Based on your competency specifications and whether you would like to have new customers, we will introduce you to  such customers without further inquiry. Tips on how to take care of your customers can be found here in the FAQs.

3. Would you like to get tasks from other customers than your own?

As you know, we at my-vpa work together as a team and help each other out with tasks. If you enter a yes here, we will  provide you with tasks from colleagues but also from existing customers who are looking for a new VPA.

4. Are you currently or will soon be absent?

As soon as the time of absence entered here takes place, a customer who writes to you via the chat will automatically be informed that you are on vacation or on sick leave. For absences of two days or more, please inform the customers in good time, also by e-mail. Then they will have the opportunity to plan for it accordingly or have a backup trained. You can use the template we have provided in the FAQs for this purpose.  

Please maintain the schedule and your profile. They are binding and we will assign you customers & tasks based on this information without prior demand.
