What are the functions of the task chat?

The task chat serves as a complete task documentation, and is your responsibility. Consider each task as a contract between you and your customer and maintain all details to protect yourself from complaints and loss of fees.

The creation of a new task is done in the task chat by you or your customer via an autochat system, i.e. your customer or you are asked various questions when posting a task: What should be done and how, by when, in what time, etc. As soon as all questions are answered, you will be submitted the task for acceptance.

During the processing of the task, the task chat serves for the exchange of information and simultaneously documents all important work steps. Use the task chat to ask questions about the task. If a customer sends you further information via the individual chat, you can use the copy function in the individual chat to post the message directly to the corresponding task.

Upload all your intermediate and final results in the task chat, even if a customer wants to receive the results in another way (e.g. mail).

To make it easier for you to document a task, you can tag messages as description, deadline, budget, intermediate result, etc. and filter them accordingly later in the chat. Especially with longer tasks, this is very helpful to keep an overview.

In the task chat you can also post voice messages, photos, documents, etc. The task chat therefore has many more functions than the one-on-one chat and is also multi-user capable, i.e. all users who are working on a task can exchange information about the task in the task chat.
