What additional benefits does my-vpa offer customers?

We offer our customers an HR outsourcing service, i.e. instead of looking for an employee or freelancer themselves, the customer books a VPA with us who can then be guided via our web and mobile task management software. For the customer, there is no need for recruitment and cooperation in terms of communication, data exchange and billing, as all this is possible via our privacy-protected platform. In addition, my-vpa takes over management tasks for the customer, i.e. the my-vpa team is the contact person for the customer and the VPA in case of technical questions, poor performance, absences, interpersonal problems, etc. And most important, should the assistant be absent or no longer available, we look for a replacement on behalf of the customer and do so quickly and smoothly.

If an entire team works for the customer in addition to a VPA, i.e. the customer builds up his entire company with my-vpa as personnel supplier or outsources the processing of certain tasks to my-vpa, further advantages come into play. In this case, my-vpa recruits and manages the entire team for the customer, thus relieving the customer of team and management duties. In addition, the customer can downsize or upsize the team at any time, which means enormous flexibility for the customer.

Example: Imagine one of our customers has a team of 3 assistants at my-vpa. One VPA and 2 TA. All of them are busy with quality assurance tasks. Suddenly the customer gets a new order and needs 15 assistants in quality assurance for the next two months. With my-vpa this is no problem. We take care of the recruitment and, together with the VPA, the management and training of the entire team. Having the team behind him/her means that the customer has no additional concerns, even during growth phases, and can devote his/her time to other tasks, often sales tasks.
