My customer no longer gets in touch regarding a task, what now?

Are you waiting for feedback from your customer on a task without which you can’t continue working? Then try to contact him again in the task chat in good time before the deadline. If he doesn’t respond, then call him and leave a message in the task chat stating when you called and by when you need input on the task in order to complete it in time. If the customer doesn’t reply at all, hand over the task no later than a week after the deadline. Make sure the customer knows that they can return the task with a new deadline and additional information within 7 days for revision, or duplicate the task for further revision after the 7-day period. In the chat templates you can find a template for this in the task chat, which you can adapt for your case accordingly.
