I could not run the timer – and now?

In principle, this must be the exception, because any time recordings must be recorded via the timer. In understandable exceptional cases (internet failure or similar) you can proceed as follows: send me your time correction via this form: my-vpa time correction. You can also find the link to the correction request in your menu under “My account” > “Request time correction”.

Important: In order for work time to be posted retroactively, the task must still be in the “In progress” status and there must be enough free budget available in the task. Please make sure that both requirements are met when you submit the form. Then I can quickly process your request together with the accounting department 馃檪
