How do I take care of inactive customers?

Inactive customers are customers who have not had a task for you in the last 8 weeks.

In this case you can decide if you want to reactivate the customer yourself (and get 30 minutes credited by my-vpa if successful) or leave it to the reactivation team. If you want to reactivate the customer yourself, please contact me.
