How do I set up my smartphone?

For mobile working, the iOS and Android my-vpa app is available free of charge in the stores. The app speeds up communication with your customers and facilitates collaboration.

If you still want to access your e-mails on your smartphone when needed, you can add OX e-mail to your home screen as follows: Navigate to this page on your mobile: https://ox.my-vpa.com/. There, log in with your known username and password and click on the “Stay signed in” checkbox. Now click on the “Settings” in your browser and look for the function “Add to home screen”. Name the link “my-vpa email” and add it to your home screen. The ownCloud can be accessed via the my-vpa app for iOS and Android without any additional installations.
