Who are the VPAs and who will be my VPA?

my-vpa comprises more than 150 Virtual Personal Assistants (VPAs), who perform a wide range of tasks as personal secretaries for their customers in addition to traditional office management.

Our VPAs are selected by our HR specialists in a multi-stage selection process and intensively prepared for their work. Based on their experience and level of training, each assistant then receives a corresponding competence profile, which you can view transparently after assignment.

During registration, we will ask you which activities you mainly need support for. Based on these specifications, we select the VPA that is right for you. The more precise your specifications are, the better we can respond to your needs.
