What information is required for a sales project?
For a successful sales project we need the following information from you:
- A target contact list with the contacts that need to be called (can also be developed in cooperation with the VPA).
- A telephone guide on how the calls should be made from your VPA.
- A VoIP system through which the calls will be made. (Alternatively you can book options with us, for more info see Add Ons).
The volume of orders depends on how many contacts are called for your projects. Based on our experience, a successful sales project requires at least 10-20 hours to achieve initial success. This varies, of course, depending on the volume. If you are satisfied, you can always pay your VPA a bonus through your time account. Note: If you want to contact private individuals, you must ensure prior consent to the phone calls (Section 7 of the Unfair Competition Act (UWG)).
