What happens if my VPA goes on leave or gets sick?
In this case, we can able to look for a substitute for your tasks. Therefore, it is very important that you create a concrete work instruction for each task with possible training documents, so that in case of need a colleague can familiarize himself with the task. For complex and ongoing tasks (e-mail support, financial accounting preparations or online store support), we recommend that you train a backup from the outset who can support your VPA and stand in for him/her if necessary.
