How is the area of work determined for my task?
When you have entered your first task, before we assign a VPA to you, we check in which area of work your task falls. Once assigned, your responsible VPA will categorize your task based on the task description. All of our VPAs receive intensive training on this before working with you. If you are not satisfied with the classification of the area of work, please feel free to contact your responsible customer service at any time.
