How do I receive my results?

After handing over a result, you have the following three options:

  1. Accept result

    If your VPA gives you a result that meets your requirements, you can accept it within seven days by clicking on “Accept result“.

  2. Revise result

    If, on the other hand, the result needs to be improved, you can return it to your VPA for revision within seven days by clicking on “Revise result“.

     

  3. Complain about the result

    If you are not at all satisfied with the result, you can complain to your VPA and a customer advisor by clicking on “Complain“. We will find a solution for you!
