How do I get in touch with my VPA and how quickly will I get a response?
Your VPA can be reached at any time by email or via chat in the my-vpa app. You can delegate your tasks to your VPA around the clock, whether from your computer, tablet or smartphone. Your VPA will respond as quickly as possible. In any case, your requests will be reviewed by 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the latest. After 2 p.m., your requests will be reviewed by no later than 12 p.m. the following day. In addition, you will be automatically informed about important work steps of your VPA in the app. Please note that the response time does not include the processing of the task. We can only realize short deadlines if a VPA with the corresponding knowledge is available at short notice. Note: All times mentioned are German times. Both response times apply on working days from Monday to Friday. National holidays are excluded. These are: Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Labour Day, Ascension Day, Whit Sunday, Whit Monday, German Unity Day, Christmas Day + Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
