Do I always have the same VPA or will there be a change of VPA from time to time?

After registering and purchasing an hourly package, you will be assigned a fixed VPA, which we will select based on your needs. If you are not satisfied with your VPA, you can request a change through your account manager at any time. Otherwise, our goal is for you to work with the same VPA for as long as possible. But of course, our VPA community, like the entire working world, is subject to fluctuation. Even though we have customers who have been working with the same VPA for years, there can be frequent changes in individual cases. On average, our customers currently experience a change approximately every 12 months.

To ensure that you don’t have to worry about anything during a VPA change, unlike in the standard working environment, we make it as smooth as possible for you with our Managed VPA Service. We will look for a new VPA for you as quickly as possible, who will be trained by the departing VPA if you wish. In addition, we ensure an uncomplicated and fast transfer so that you can get started with your new VPA within the shortest possible time. For long-term assignments we also offer our VPA backup service. Here, a suitable deputy VPA is trained by your current VPA and can step in immediately in case of vacation, illness or departure. Many customers also divide the processing of a task between the current and deputy VPA, thus reducing the risk of downtime.
